The new development “Chesa Godin” was designed by a local architect in the typical Engadine style and will be built by local companies in accordance with high-quality construction standards.
The development will comprise two buildings housing multi-family dwellings, with a shared underground car park. The underground car park and House A, which will contain nine apartments, will be built at the end of the lot during 2017/18. The car park will be connected to the residence by means of a walkway and an inclined elevator. House B will contain eight apartments and will be built above the underground car park in 2018/19.
The 3- to 4.5-room apartments for sale benefit from an elevated position offering magnificent, unobstructed panoramic views. The carefully designed floor plans are flexible, which means that buyers’ wishes can be taken into account at an early stage of the construction.
The same applies to the interior design, which will feature exclusively high-quality materials that can be adapted to the buyer’s wishes like a bespoke suit from the tailor’s.
The technology utilised in the building construction complies with today’s SIA standards, and, with the exception of the forced ventilation, the property will be to Minergie standards. The heating and hot water system operates uses alternative energy (geothermal heat pump).
The development features a comprehensive range of modern comforts and facilities to meet all of the homeowner’s needs: a large private laundry room, ski and bicycle storage rooms in each building, as well as generous cellar units, one for each apartment. Should further extra space be required, multi-use rooms are available for sale.
